2022 Nationals in Montreal July 1st – 5th, Information for you to read

Dear OID Students,

We are delighted to share with you information regarding this year’s North America Irish Dance Championships due to be held in Montreal Canada on July 1st – 5th. You are being invited to consider participating on a team(s) for this event. Below you will find a link to the syllabus for the event which was released today. Please take some time to read it over as it is the most complete document about the event. There is also a newsletter document for teachers that I am sharing with you.

Hotel blocks will be opening on February 23rd 2022. More information on those specifics will follow in the coming weeks.  

We will send out a form next week for you to fill out indicating your interest in participating. Please familiarize yourself with the event information contained within this email and ask questions now rather than later. 

If you are making summer travel plans, please consider avoiding these dates. Team practices will begin in early May and run through late June before we all travel to the event in Montreal. We will detail planned practice times in our invite form next week.
